Because experience matters when the system is complex, and healthcare is always complex.
PSIRF Standards:
How is your organisation doing?
We have created an easy to use scorecard, designed to help governance teams and patient safety leads understand their PSIRF implementation work. Answer the questions and it will give you a detailed report, mapping your organisations PSIRF work against section 1 of the PSIRF standards.

What's the quality of your PSII like?
Take our PSII Evaluation to find out how you can improve

We have created this scorecard to explore the aspects of conducting the best PSII learning response and where to target improvement efforts. Answer the questions, without needing to enter any details about your PSII to receive a detailed report on 4 areas: Engagement & involvement of those affected, Scope & methods, Findings and Improvement.

WHO WE WORK WITH
In all organisations, we're working with clinical teams, to understand and help solve problems. We help by bringing our expertise direct to you, through working alongside your teams, or in taught sessions.

Implementing new EPR system
IT Design Usability
North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Trust are implementing a new Electronic Patient Record. We are working with them to develop their safety case for implementation. We are taking a structured human factors approach to studying the clinical processes, and then assessing the new EPR in simulation to understand where the greatest improvements in clinical care will be, and where there are any risks that need mitigation.

British Red Cross
