I will be sharing a series of 'how to' posts, with the aim of sharing practitioner insights, tips, perhaps some shortcuts for our most used methods and tools. Some consultancies like to keep their methods under their belts - not us! We like you to understand what we're using, and hopefully use them yourself. Of course there are times when we'll reach a little deeper into the toolkit for complex problems when working on site problems.
This series is targetted at budding healthcare human factors specialists, perhaps you've worked in human factors for a while, but not in healthcare? Also for healthcare teams looking to use human factors methods in their work.
If there's a particular method you'd like me to cover, let me know, and if I don't have experience, I'll find someone who does and we'll get some guest blog's built in.
You can expect the first of these posts over the next few days...
Lauren
